I’m having my house tented for termites. How do I prepare?: Ask your termite company for a specific checklist to help you prepare for
tenting. In general, you will need to contact your utility company and schedule
your gas to be shut off during fumigation. (The termite inspection service may do
this for you, be sure to ask.) Electricity must remain on.; You will also need to remove all houseplants and cut back or remove plants,
climbers, bushes that are near or clinging to your home. You may also be asked to
